Bridgette LeCompte, MS, OTR/L

Bridgette LeCompte, MS, OTR/L is a state-level OT Consultant and an Assistant Professor at UNC Chapel Hill. She has worked in both school and outpatient pediatric settings. She participated in the AOTA Emerging Leader Program and served as the Virginia OT Association School System Liaison. Bridgette is passionate about empowering others and promoting occupational justice through the provision of contextual and collaborative services, implementation of OT’s full scope of practice in schools, and OT involvement in MTSS to support the needs of all students and staff.
