Complaints Resolution Policy

Apply EBP, LLC welcomes all feedback from participants and works for prompt resolution of complaints in a professional, fair and timely manner. If you have complaints regarding any live or on-demand course, please email carlo@applyebp.com. All complaints are confidential. Individuals who submit a complaint are treated with respect and kindness as we work with you towards a resolution.
